All shipping orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 3-4 business days unless otherwise specified. You can expect to receive your package within one to fifteen business days from the day we ship your order depending on your proximity to Calgary.
We ship through Canada Post. Parcels will receive a tracking number for you to follow or If your order is 1-3 diapers/inserts we will ship by lettermail. If you need it in a specific time frame and wish to have your order upgraded let us know. By shipping lettermail we are able to maintain our free shipping threshold for all orders everyday in Canada
In the event that a parcel has been lost by Canada Post we will process a claim and a new parcel will be shipped after we receive confirmation that the parcel can not be found. The claim period for Canada Post is 2-7 days and will require us to provide your shipping info and phone number for them to reach you.
ADD ON PRODUCTS: We now have a special Add ON Product Category. The items with this description have lower pricing and require a min purchase of $45.00 in one transaction to be eligible for free shipping. If you wish to purchase an ADD on product by itself the cost of shipping is 9.99 for Canada/USA
Packaging Whenever possible, we try to use either recycled or recyclable materials for packaging, or plastic bags and packing peanuts from shipments that we have received. All of our boxes and envelopes are recyclable.
We do not print off a copy of your invoice with your order. If you require a paper copy of your invoice and do not have access to a printer, please let us know and we will include an invoice with your package.
We are strong believers in the "reduce" component of the 3R's. We may occasionally add a product sample into your order, but avoid unnecessary promotional items (business cards, postcards, magnets, etc.). We strongly believe that the best type of promotion is word of mouth!

Calgary Cloth Diaper Depot is a secure site, and you can feel confident in using your credit card. All of your information is received through a secure server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We take a firm stance on credit card security, and have implemented a robust and highly secure e-commerce environment. We do not store any of your credit card information in our system, and all card transactions are processed securely through our PayPal payment processor.

We hate spam as much as you do! We respect your privacy and will never share, trade, or sell any personal information at any time, for any reason. Your phone number and e-mail address are used strictly for the purpose of contacting you about your order, if needed. We do, on occasion, run specials and send out a newsletter that we feel you may find of interest. If you do not wish to be included in this mailing list, please respond to one such newsletter, and we will remove your name from it immediately.

Returns
Product defects are typically handled by the manufacturer. If you have difficulties getting in touch with a particular manufacturer, please send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, you may return it to us as follows:
There will be a 10% stocking fee/return fee on all items returned to compensate for our time, money and service charges to order the items.

- You must contact us prior to returning your item.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning your item.
- You may return any item within5 days of arrival of your order for refund or store credit (less shipping).
- All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have any odor, smells of smoke, and pet hair. If you return them with the slightest smell of smoke or pet hair you will not receive your money back and you will be responsible for paying it to ship back to you or we will donate your item on your behalf to the Babies in Cloth loaner program.
- We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
